Pool Servicing Technician (Part-time)

Location: Sydney (Based in Brighton-Le-Sands, servicing Greater Sydney)

Package: $70k FTE + Company Vehicle.

We’re looking for an experienced Pool Servicing Technician to join our business. Our business was established in late 2024 and we have been growing quickly and require a pool technician ready for immediate start!

💧 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Visiting regular service customers providing regular pool servicing.

  • Building a rapport with regular customers as you maintain their pool on an bi-weekly or monthly basis.

  • Diagnosing problems with pool equipment, water chemistry and conditions.

  • Seeking opportunities to further assist our customers with new innovative solutions such as automation for customer pools.

🎓 Training & Support

We’ll provide on-the-job training covering:

  • Pool water testing and balancing

  • Safe chemical handling

  • Equipment setup and troubleshooting

  • Customer service and communication

  • Efficient route and job management

👷 What We’re Looking For

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Enjoys outdoor work and hands-on tasks

  • Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in doing things right

  • Current driver’s licence (P1 or higher)

  • Ability to work independently once trained

Prior experience in pool servicing, plumbing, gardening, maintenance, or similar trades is a bonus but not required.
